Seven- to 10-year-olds have boundless energy, but with a greater attention span and self-control than their younger peers. Programs for this age group will start to focus on more complex, multi-step techniques. Similarly, the Character Education program for these kids requires slightly more “homework” on their part as they explore the values promoted by the martial arts.
